POSITION DESCRIPTION
Liberal Arts and Engineering Peer Academic Leaders (PALs) will work with an academic advisor to assist first-year
students to plan their academic programs and to make a smooth transition from home communities to Tufts.
Responsibilities include attending all Training Sessions, assisting and participating in Orientation activities
as directed, and maintaining contact and offering support to members of an advising group throughout the academic year.
Both Liberal Arts and Engineering PALs should be in good standing with GPA of 3.0 or above, and not be on disciplinary
or academic probation.
