How To Register

Please submit a separate registration form for each participant.

Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard or Discover card or by check (payable to Tufts University in U.S. currency).  

The deadline for registration for all Forum events is July 16, 2001.  The deadline for early registration is June 15, 2001.

When paying by check:  Your registration will not be confirmed until receipt of your check.  All checks must be received by June 15 at the early forum registration fee of $375 and by July 16 at the $425 fee.

Confirmation of Registration

Upon receipt of your registration form, confirmation of your registration will be emailed in approximately 3-4 business days.  The registration fees will be acknowledged in this email and should serve as your receipt.
