Many students at Tufts are
interested in pursuing one of the health professions after
graduation. Carol Baffi-Dugan, the Program Director for
Health Professions Advising, and Shirley Smith, Associate
Director of Pre-professional Advising, offer information,
advice and support to students as they plan their
curriculum, seek health- related internships and work
through the application process for medical, dental,
veterinary or other health professions graduate school. A
supplement to the student’s academic advisor, the health
professions advisor works one-on-one with students as well
as offers workshops and programs of interest to
pre-professional students.
